He is survived by: his parents, Stan Johnston and Donna Johnston; his wife Natalie Johnston; his children, Kaylynn Kelley (Johnathan) and Robert Johnston; his stepchildren, Hannah Ryan (Seth) and Josh Bratcher (Kobe); his grandchildren, Cooper Ryan, Clay Ryan and Sage Bratcher; and his brother Scott Johnston.
