Tibbetts, Sr.; his daughter Lisa Carpenter; his granddaughters, Jessica Page and Ashley Carpenter; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Amarah, Braydon and Destinnie; his close friend Richard Rhea; and his siblings, Clifford Tibbetts, Dottie Harr and LouAnn Moseley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
