We bid farewell to Connie Lou Martin of Nolanville, Texas, born in Noble, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 2, 2024 at the age of 93. Connie Lou touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Long and Nellie Long (Tracy); her husband Kenneth Martin; and her brother Bud Long. She is survived by: her children, Butch Martin of Nolanville and Kim Gilmer (Willie Taylor) of Gatesville; her sister Joan Brandt; and her grandchildren, Taylor Gilmer (Mike Untied), Megan Martin, Rachel York (Keven), Lauren Simpson (Kyle) and Hunter Martin. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
