She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grady Underwood and Mary Odell Johnson Underwood; her son Rodney; her daughter-in-law Janine Smith; her grandson William Brandon Smith; and her siblings, Lynette Underwood Wright and Larry Dean Underwood.
She is survived by: her husband Nolan Smith of Troup; her son Reginald Smith; her daughter-in-law Diana Romero of Sutherland Springs; her siblings-in-law, Jenette Underwood of Jacksonville and AC Wright of Jacksonville; her granddaughter Cherie (Steve Oliviera); her great grandchild Thomas Wayne Trimble; her close friends, Sonja Roundtree, Gene, Carol Whitsell and Pebble Davis; and also, Byron, Teri Underwood, Mike Phillips, David Wright, PeeWee Wright, Pam Ramsey, Teresa Jonikens, Missy Winezaphel, Sandy Burnett, Debbie Hill, Cindy Hill, Darrell Commander, Linda Deygeter, Gayle Smith Nonekar, Janice Shipp, Fancy Montoya and Dean Wright. She is also survived by nephews, nieces.
