He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Luther and Ruth Olivia Finch (Lucas); his brothers, James Beal Finch and Larry Neal Finch; and his grandson David Michael Bruskas.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Karen Forbes Finch; his children, Lisa Dawn Finch Trevino (Aaron Trevino), Norman Dale Finch, Jr. (Kimberly Kay Kruse) and Kara Sue Finch Bruskas (David Thomas Bruskas); his grandchildren, Mallory Lane Trevino, Zachary Aaron Trevino (Kelly McKinnon Trevino), Blake Ryan Trevino, Reagan Kendall Trevino, Abigail Ruth Finch, Norman Lucas Finch, Mary-Claire Lee Finch, Lisa Kathleen Bruskas Gay (Tobin James Gay), Lauren Elizabeth Bruskas Coulombe (Daniel Paul Coulombe), Jennifer Marie Bruskas Cook (Braden Jamison Cook) and Jillian Grace Bruskas; his great grandchildren, Isabell Jett Trevino, Clementine Roam Trevino, David James Gay, Landry Kate Gay, Logan Joy Gay, Theo Daniel Coulombe, Thomas Paul Coulombe and Benjamin Jamison Cook; and his siblings, Arnold Finch and Mary Jane Wickersham (David Wickersham). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
