He is survived by: his mother Bessie Vincent (Lancaster) of Bowie; his wife Frances Whatley of Bowie; his children, Anthony Vincent (Carrie) of Oklahoma City, Angela Burton (Rickey) of Bowie, Kimberly Poteet of Bowie and Jeremy Drattlo (Desiree) of Bowie; and his siblings, Lawrence Lon Vincent (Martha) of Bowie, Bill Atchley (Cindy) of Big Spring, TX and Mary Bates of Henrietta, TX. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
