Joseph Earl Kirby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Earl Kirby of Nocona, Texas, born in Aubrey, Texas, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Jefferson Kirby and Lillie Katherine Yarbrough; his wife Mary Frances Matthews; his granddaughter Chelsea Anne Kirby; and his brother-in-law James Matthews.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Kirby (Mandy) of Pilot Point, TX, Jeff Kirby (Lanee) of Asheboro, NC and Libby Colon of Gainesville, GA; his brother Dwight Kirby (Mary) of Nocona, TX; and his nephews, Chance Kirby of Pilot Point, TX and Justin Kirby. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
The Kirby family respectfully requests that all attendees wear a mask and practice physical distancing for the safety of those who are fragile or have health issues.
