She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lambert and Ethel Lambert (Lee); her husband Robert Self; her son Douglas Self; and her sisters, Wuanzita Simpson and Nannetta Scott.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Self (Connie), David Self (Larissa), Lynn Self (Linnea) and John Self (Soncia). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
