She was predeceased by: her parents, Emra Hatchett Chaffin and Johnie Armette Griffin Chaffin; and her brother Billie Chaffin (Anita). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Claudia Chaffin, Chris Chaffin (Norma) and Clyde Chaffin.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association or the First United Methodist Church of Nixon.
