She was predeceased by: her parents, B. Y. Moore and Katie Moore; and her husband David. She is survived by: her son Joe (Karen); and her sister Nancy Tuttle (Tom). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

“I am so sadden hearing this news. I pray for peace and comfort for Ms. Peggy’s family. I’ve know Ms. Peggy for about 10 years, and she was a sweet and lovely lady. I had clients at the Heights, and Ms. Peggy volunteered there, so we were together almost every day of the week. We had great conversations, and she was always ready to pray for any one of the residence at the Heights. We went to lunch or ordered in several times a week. I have very fond memories of this precious lady. (Continue)”
