He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann McKinney; his children, Miranda Batey (Randy) and Bruce Jagers; his grandchildren, Emma Martinez, Trevor Batey and Starlie Batey; and his siblings, Patricia Lynn Jagers, Debra Kay Mize, Annie Louise Sadler, Eunice Marie Jagers, Doylene Jagers, David Lee Jagers and Marshall Jagers, Jr..
