He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobson L. Parker, Sr. and Mary Lee Parks Parker; and his wife Pearl LaRue Griffin Parker. He is survived by: his children, Hobson L. Parker, III of New Braunfels and Helen LaRue Wilson of Nixon; and his grandchildren, Lisa Parker Patterson of Luling, Jeffrey R. Parker of New Braunfels, John D. Rentz, Jr. of San Antonio, Robert H. Rentz of Paradise and David E. Rentz of Huntsville. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
