She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonia Cortes and Rafael Cortes; her husband Deacon Damacio Medina; her brother Eusebio (Ninfa); her brother-in-law David Trigo; her sister Irene (Deacon C.); her sister-in-law Rosa Cortes; and her daughter-in-law Helen Medina.
She is survived by: her sons, Orlando, Chris (Maggie) and Dominic (Michele); her siblings, Amelia Trigo, Terry Torres, Raymond Cortes and Gilbert Cortes (Dora); her grandchildren, Orlando Jr., Christopher, Martin, Barbara, Alexander and Phoenix; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jenna, Mercedes, Juliana, Ariana, Sebastion, Bella, Violet, Christiana, Zachariah and Zamera; and her great great grandchildren, Damon, Aurora, Zion, Iris and Azreal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. John Neuman Catholic Church Altar Guild in Tonie's memory.
