He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holtby (Dick) and Jane Holtby of Dam; and his brother Tim Holtby. He is survived by: his brother Scott Holtby of Dam; and his nieces, Danielle Holtby of Fort Worth and Angela Robinson of Orange. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
