He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Sharon Elizabeth Troutman, Sr. (Pinneke); and his brother Roy Troutman. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Mae Savage of Newark; his children, Jerry Radford, Robby Savage (LeAnn) of Aurora, Marvin Troutman (Nicole) of Springtown, Amanda Troutman of Newark and Charles Troutman (Haleigh) of Rhome; his grandchildren, Andrew Savage, Nic Savage, Lucas Savage, Calab Savage, Laila Savage, Danica Smith, Javeon Smith, Benjamin Troutman and Haygen Troutman; and his brothers, Larry Troutman (Vickie) and Leon Troutman (Gloria).
