He was predeceased by: his father Billy Wayne Baker; his brother Daniel Wayne Baker; his grandparents, Harold, Margorie Baker, Ray and Pearl Taylor; and his parents-in-law, Fred and Doris Schwieger.
He is survived by: his mother Margie Sue Baker (Taylor) of Boyd, Texas; his wife Kelli Diane Baker (Schwieger) of Azle, Texas; his brother Matt Baker (Deb); his niece Bethany of Sikeston, Missouri; his mother-in-law Linda Potter of Decatur, Texas; his children, Aaron Potter (Sheena) of Weatherford, Texas, Jo Webb (Mark) of Denton, Texas and Jennifer Sisk (Brad) of Azle, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Janice Boaldin (Mike) of Newark, Texas, Freddy Schwieger (Laura) of Keller, Texas and Keith Schwieger of Henrietta, Texas; and his grandchildren, Adyn, Corban, Avery, Grace, Eleena, Jadi, Liam, Macee, Reid and Oliver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
Memorials: Those who wish to honor Jonathan in a special way, the family has asked to make donations in either his or his family's name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
