She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Patel of Omaha and Helena Sims of Newark, Texas; her grandchildren, Anjali Patel, Manish Patel, Noah, Gabriel Balero and Daniel Dennis; her great grandchildren, Aria Saverin and Andrew Balero; and her siblings, Bruce Fortin and Lynn Rose. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
