He is survived by: his sister Nancy Ruffin; his brother-in-law Storm Ruffin; his brother Arthur Hare; his nephew Ryan Ruffin (Leigha); his great-nephew Jace Ruffin; and his nieces, Christine Ruffin and Fawnna Wolfe. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
