We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2023, at the age of 83, Clayton Francis Kowis of New Waverly, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kowis and Barbara Herzog Kowis; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Riggs and Ben Ed Kloesel. He is survived by: his grandchild Pawpaw; his wife Janice Krenek (Eve); his sons, Rodney Kowis (Linley) of Spring, David Kowis (Lisa) of Bryan and Gary Kowis (Cindy) of Conroe, Texas; his grandchildren, Andrew Kowis, Jacob Courtney (Kirbie), Katy Weidner (Bobby), Lauren Aldridge (James), Kyle Kowis, Clay Kowis (Heather), Allison Kowis, Troy Harris and Caitlin Kelley; his great grandchildren, Luke Weidner, Felix Aldridge, Beckett Kowis and Evelynn Harris; and his siblings, Velma Kloesel, Vera Riggs Jarzombek (Fabian) and William Clarence Kowis (Estela). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
