He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Wilson and Nettie Wilson (Baker); his wife Janice Blanton Wilson; his brothers, Virgil and Ray Edwin Wilson; and his nephews, Ronald Wilson and Lowell Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughter Marci Wilson; his grandchildren, Aidan, Allie and Ethan; his close friend Joyce Pasket; his sister Mattie Anderson; and his sister-in-law Lois Yancey.
