He was predeceased by: his parents, Corinne Flanagin and Fred Mingus; his brother Tim Mingus; and his grandson Leo Dameron. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his sister Margaret Cassady (Joe); his children, Kenny Mingus (Heather) and Katy Carter (Clay); his stepdaughter Amy Anderson (Lana); and his grandchildren, Avery, Kenan, Zack and Karsyn.
