It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Foster Dennis Martin Jr. of New Ulm, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Etna and Foster Martin, Sr.; and his brothers, Jesse, Earl, Robert and Alfred.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille Voelkel; and his daughters, Karen (Billy Kees), Nancy (Mike Dean) and Cathy Martin.
