He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Starnes; his children, Sammy (Robin Kerby), Michael (Chad Senn-Kerby), Tammie (David Murray), Kyna (Loren Demars), Van Alstyne, Michelle (Phillip Green), Andrea (Wesley Smith) and Stephanie (Houston Jackson) of Chandler; his sisters, Sue (Perk Stallard) and Wise of Virginia; his grandchildren, Stacie (John Purcell), Cheyanna (Hunter Barton), Eric (Kara Miller), Aaron Duncan, Alex Kerby, Lauren Goode, Sadie (Ryan Cassells), Lakyn Wiley, Alexis Smith, Blythe (Hanna Smith), Chad Williams, William Killian (Elizabeth Killian) and Josh Green; and his great grandchildren, Tanner Purcell, Katelyn Purcell, Karter Purcell, Avery Barton, Karson Barton, Weston Barton, Mark Miller, Kyndra Marshall, Kianna Marshall, Elyse Miller, Elijah Duncan, Lilliana Gardner, Gracie Smith, Bo Smith, Sophia Smith, Cooper Green, Haley Green and Ava Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives; and a host of friends.
