He is survived by: his wife Gayle Wood; his children, Kimberly Hambrick, Kristen Wood, Peyton Wood and Leon Wood III; his father Leon Wood Sr.; his siblings, Gwen Owens, Richard Owens (Tammie Owens), Jason Wood (Leanne Wood) and Felicia Ridens (Jonathon Ridens); his granddaughters, Addison Hambrick and Makenna Hambrick; and his adoptive son Adam Stephenson.
