It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Vernon of New London, Texas, born in Tyler, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. B. Vernon and Ida Vernon; his sister Jeanette Wagner; his daughter Kimberly Moore (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Tyler and Tayler Lane; and his great grandchild Luke Lane. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
