It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Joanne Edwards of New Home, Texas, born in Edna, Kansas, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wally Long and Kathryn Long; her husband Pete Edwards; and her children, Mary Ann and Doug.
She is survived by: her brother Leon of Berlin; her daughters, Debbie Hamm (Gerry) of Midland and Nancy Paris (Ty) of New Home, Texas.; her grandchildren, Duncan Hamm of Midland, Justin Hamm (Brandy) of Midland, Eathan Hamm (Lisa) of Granbury, Monica Beardemphl (Cord) of New Home and Meagan Fossett (Robbie) of Lubbock, Texas.; and her great grandchildren, Welsey Taylor, Shanna Taylor, Peyton Hamm, Hayes Hamm, Jaxon Hamm, Lilly Hamm, Graham Beardemphl, Keller Beardemphl and Collyns Kate Fossett.
