He was predeceased by: his grandfather Johnny Aaron Cossey. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Jason Cossey and Vicki Lynn Horn; his siblings, Deanna Alyse Smith, Jazilyn Annalyse Horn, Trenton Nicholas Stalsby and Trey Horn; his grandparents, Frances Tillar, Harold Tillar and Martha Woods; his uncles, John Cossey and David Cossey; and his aunt Bonnie Cossey.
