He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clifton Spencer Sr. and Willie Walker Stockton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Hamilton Spencer; and his son Joe Willie Spencer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and 2 brothers.
