He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Hewett and Effie Hewett; his former wife Trudy; his son Walter Hewett; and his siblings, Willie Jack Hewett, James Edward Hewett, Glenn Hewett and Bernice "Gladys" Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Hewett; his daughter Anne Hewett; and his siblings, Sharon Dean, Janie Ruth Meany, Peggy Altman, William Hewett and Mark Hewett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or charity of your choice in Bob's name.
