We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 80, Donald Oakley of New Caney, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Newton Oakley and Sadie Sarah Oakley; and his siblings, Robert Oakley, Dale Oakley and Eva Oakley Ballard.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Oakley; his children, Cary Rodriguez, Jamie McMenomy and Derek Garner (Amber); his siblings, Charles Oakley (Barbara) and Betty Bolton (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Kirra "Cootie Pie" McMenomy, Marley Garner and Liam Garner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
