She is survived by: her husband Jack Donald Baxter; and her children, Edward Baxter, Jeanell Morse and Tammy Stewart. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
