She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Janet Fields (Mike), Brenda Scott, Staton Voges (Teresa), Kenton Voges and Tim Voges (Serena); her brother Richard Smith; her siblings-in-law, Mark Voges and Doris Nell Voges; and her godchildren, Andy Schneider, Rie Nell Voges and Carola Davis. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
