He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clifford and Mildred Rose Turman (Mayon). He is survived by: his wife Elena A. Turman of New Braunfels; his daughters, Natasha Stokes (Michael) of Florida and Jo Ellen Waller of Mississippi; his brothers, Cliff R. Turman (Sandra) of Canyon Lake and Perry C. Turman of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Gary Waller (Caty), Colt Waller (Molly), Paul Diette (Emilee), Jozey Estave, Charley Estave III, Richard Allen Burgess III, Christian Whisenant, Barbara Rogers and Caitlyn Stokes; his great grandchildren, Luna Waller, Noah Diette and John Waller; and his nieces, Amanda Turman, Avina (Mike) and Natalie Turman.
