She was predeceased by: her parents, Odili Antonia Palacios and Guillermo Lambert; her parents-in-law, Valentine and Tomasa Valdez; and her siblings, Flor Lambert, Griselda Lambert, Leonardo Palacios, Victor Manuel Palacios, Juan Valdez, Hector Valdez and Valentine Valdez, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Domingo Valdez; her children, Elva Luna (Roger), Roland (Andrea) and Alex Valdez; her grandsons, David Luna, Matthew Luna, Peter Luna and Trevor Valdez; her stepgrandchildren, Eric and Raegan Carrillo; her siblings, Constancio, Domingo Palacios, Anayansi Quintero of Panama, Hope Valdez, Rudy Valdez (Mary) of New Braunfels, Martin Valdez (Ana) of Dallas, Pete Valdez (Rosario) of Round Rock, Gilbert Valdez of St. Augustine, FL, Raul Valdez (Joy) of Pflugerville and Diana Coon (Paul) of Dallas; and her sister-in-law Sidelia Valdez (Valentine). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Lux Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1254 I-35BL, New Braunfels, TX 78130). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
