He was predeceased by: his parents, Finus Basil Stanphill and Pearl Cooper. He is survived by: his former wife Doris Ruth Freshour; his wife Beulah Fay Domingue; his children, Susan Elizabeth Hawthorne (Jerry), Roy Samuel Stanphill and Shirley Ruth Reed (Paul); his stepson Bill Domingue (Donna); his grandchildren, Andy Hawthorne (Julia), Bryan Hawthorne (Alycia), Sabrina Horsley (Justin), Samantha McManus (Mark), Jessica Fellows (Chase) and Sarah Reed; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Presley, Brady, Easton, Wyatt, Chrysanthos and Nikoletta; and his close friend Betty Jenkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
