He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Luna and Julia Sanchez Luna; his daughter Norma Irene Luna; and his siblings, Enrique (Henry), Yldefonso (Poncho), Zigifredo (Freddy), Julia Garza and Myrna Garza.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sierra Luna; his children, Sylvia, Ramon (Beverly) and Roger (Elva); his sister Virginia Campos; and his grandsons, Rick Luna, Steven Luna, David Luna, Kristofer Luna, Matthew Luna, Michael Luna and Peter Luna. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
