With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Browning of New Braunfels, Texas, who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Rankin Browning and Ena Browning (Folse); her siblings, David Browning (Connie) and Marilyn (Isaac Creador); her children, Frank (Cristal Fertitta), Patrick (Reba Fertitta), Nancy (Jeff Kelley) and Phillip (Teena Fertitta); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremiah, Justin Kelley, Mackenzie Fertitta and Sean Sonnier. She was also cherished by 4 great grandchildren.
