She was predeceased by: her father Alton Neidig. She is survived by: her mother Mailien Neidig; her husband Ralph Behrend; her son Matthew Behrend (Josie); her grandchildren, Alton and Liliana; her son Brian Behrend (Christina); her grandchildren, Ella and Charli; and her brothers, Harlan Neidig (Valarie) and Ronnie Neidig (Rebecca). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lux Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1254 I-35BL, New Braunfels, TX 78130). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (777 W San Antonio St, New Braunfels, TX 78130). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Hill Country Memorial Gardens (11700 TX-46, New Braunfels, TX 78132).
In lieu of flowers, you may consider making a memorial donation to St. Paul Lutheran Church in New Braunfels or Texas Lutheran University's Nursing Program (many TLU nurses cared for her while she was at Resolute Hospital this year).
