He was predeceased by: his parents, Apolonio Moreno-Torres and Maria Isabel Hernandez-Mata; and his son Rogelio R. Martinez Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Cleotilde Moreno-Hernandez; his wife Pamela M. Moreno; his pet Chapo Moreno; his children, Fernando Martinez III, Leo Martinez, Xavier Salinas, Sophia Moreno, Estella Moreno (Gustavo Patiño) and Pamela Nicole (Dennis Templeton Jr.); and his grandchildren, Richard Aviles, Rogelio Martinez Jr., Rudy Martinez, Pamela Ochoa Martinez and Natalie Patino. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters.
