She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Paul and Nelda Thomas; and her siblings, Brenda Harper and Curtis Thomas (Curt). She is survived by: her husband Robert Brissenden; her children, Leslie Voorhies (Dereck), Aaron Shaw (AP), Tammy Hardin (Matt) and David Kierum Jr. (Joy); her stepdaughter Laura Cooper; and her nephew Billy Thomas (Samantha). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
