He was predeceased by: his parents, Selma Meinscher and Oswald A. Meinscher; and his brothers, Gordon Meinscher and Charles "Chuck" Meinscher. He is survived by: his wife Millie Meinscher; his daughters, Carrie Bland (Alan) and Jessica Snider (Gregory); and his grandchildren, Aidan, Andrew, Emily, Grace Barrick, Dylan and Devyn Snider.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home & Cemetery (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660).
