It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick O. Higgins (New Braunfels, Texas), who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Michael "Hig" Higgins of Lubbock and Erin Bell Watson of Johnson City. He is survived by: his wife Janis; his sister Alane Reid (Jack) of Austin; his daughters, Dollie Driver (Jay) of Lubbock and Nancy Higgins (Christian Moore) of Austin; his grandchildren, Joy and Michael Driver; his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, Norma Taylor of Tyler, Darlene Taylor of Tennessee, Alice Higgins of Lubbock and John Watson of Johnson City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
