She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cooper and Adele Cooper of Hobbs; her siblings, Gary Cooper, Avis Dodd, Wilma Ruth Garr and Virginia Moore; her grandson Bert Holden; her daughter-in-law Wendy Parker; and her husband Jerome Welsh of Ocean City, Maryland..
She is survived by: her son Steve Parker of Seguin; her stepchildren, Elizabeth (Bert Holden) and Jerry Welsh of Frankford, Delaware.; her grandchildren, Hayden Starr, Gage Parker, Hannah Locklear, Madison Parker, Scott Welsh and Kim Patrick; and her brother Paul Cooper of Wyoming.
