He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Fuchs and Meryl Fuchs (Engbrock); his uncle John Fox; his aunt Lucille Fox (Kirmse); and his grandparents, Judge John R. Fuchs, Patty Fuchs (Wenmohs), Elo Engbrock and Alma Engbrock (Harfst).

He is survived by: his wife Linda Fuchs (Tomball); his sister Viki Cornelius (Fuchs); his brother-in-law Bobby Cornelius; his son Kullen Fuchs; his daughter-in-law Natalie Fuchs (Garcia); his daughter Katie Fritsch (Fuchs); his son-in-law Jens Fritsch; and his grandchildren, Patty, Pippa and Lukas Fritsch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
