He was predeceased by: his parents, Bianka Voss (Schwab) and Rudolph Voss; and his brother Robert Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Voss (Balmos); his sons, Joel James (Liz) and Warren William (Michelle); his sisters, Diana Moltz, Bernadine Grothues (Harry) and Mary Irwin (Barry); and his siblings-in-law, Yoshiko Balmos, Helen Voss, Daniel Balmos (Marjorie), Thomas Balmos (Janice) and Gene Foerster. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one stepgranddaughter, five step-great grandchildren.
