She was predeceased by: her brother William (Ann Markwardt); her sister-in-law Betty Markwardt; and her son Robert "Bob" Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, William Markwardt and Ann Markwardt; her husband William Joseph Hughes; her children, William, Michael (Jody) and Laurie; her daughter-in-law Janie; her grandchildren, Robert, Jacqueline, Michael, Stephen, Jessica, Jennipher, Daniel and Travis; and her brothers, Melvin Markwardt and Gary Markwardt (Mary Ellen).
