With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Fly in New Braunfels, Texas, born in Burlingame, California, who passed away on August 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Henry Rascoe; her husband Robert; her great grandchild Fisher Woodchick; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Sterling Fly, Jr. and Bobbie Fly; and her great-nephew Colton Rue.
She is survived by: her mother Frances Rascoe; her children, Candy Fly Smith, Robert F. Fly, Jr. (Diana), Steve Fly (Jane) and Sid Fly (Marcella); her grandchildren, Allegra Currie (John Lambert), Kate Fly, Lindsey Fly Thomas (Matt), Molly Fly, Ross Fly (Cassie), Chuck Fly (Marikit), Mitchell Fly, Beth Fly, Lauren Fly Meeus (Pieter), Robert Fly (Felicia) and Sydney Kelley (Jonathan); her sister-in-law Patricia Fly Kelly (Patrick); and her cousin Judy Rascoe. She is also survived by her family, her friends, her country, and will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
