She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lohn and Irma Lohn; her siblings, Kenneth, Roger Lohn and Connie Proeschel; and her brother-in-law Robert Shaffer.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Shaffer; her children, Susan Dederman (Douglas) and Scott Shaffer (Maria); her grandchildren, Katelin, Nathan, Kyle and Haley; and her sister-in-law Gina Shaffer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Lux Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1254 I-35BL, New Braunfels, TX 78130). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross.
