She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Aleman, Sr. and Florencia Mendez Aleman; her son Ismael Gomez; and her siblings, Lupe Salazar, Manuela Aleman, Herminia Gomez, Josephina Tristan, Esmeralda Aleman, Alejandro Aleman, Bernabe Aleman, Manuel Aleman and Juan Aleman, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Sanchez of New Braunfels and John Albert Gomez of New Braunfels; her grandchildren, Mandy Sanchez, John Gomez, Jr., Matthew Sanchez and Alexis Gomez; her great grandchildren, Estrella Lopez, Mattilynn Sanchez, Jeremiah Sanchez, Eli Ismael Sanchez, Milo Sanchez and Ilijah Ismael Gomez-Rodriguez; and her siblings, Pedro Aleman (Irene), Miguel Aleman (Delia) and Elisa Aguilera (Martin Sanchez). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
