Doris Acker Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2022, at the age of 93, Doris Acker of New Braunfels, Texas, born in Seguin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine August Bormann and Ella Bartoskewitz Bormann; her husband Clinton Eugene Acker; her siblings, Bernice Baese (George), Adeline Laechelin (Harley) and Elroy Bormann; and her son Darryl Gene Acker.
She is survived by: her children, Georgia Acker Doerr (Michael), Glenn Acker and Chris Acker (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Brett Doerr (Christy), Shelley Acker, Lauren Doerr Bludeau (Joe), Ryan Acker (Megan), Kristie Acker Bernal (Joe), Celeste Acker Lund (Justin), Bridger Acker (Crystal) and Madison Acker Hogue (Sam). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson and numerous other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that donations be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School.
